Cancellation Policy

Effective: 7 May 2026

This policy explains how cancelling SparkCareers Premium works, and explains that we do not give refunds. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

Free trial

The free 24-hour Premium trial needs no card. It ends on its own and you are never charged for it. There is nothing to cancel.

Cancelling Premium

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in SparkCareers. Your plan will not renew, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan and your CVs and history stay in place.

Deleting your account also cancels Premium.

No refunds

Premium is paid in advance for each billing period. We do not give refunds, including for part of a period, time you did not use, or a plan that renewed before you cancelled. To stop paying, cancel before your next renewal date.

Changing plans

If you upgrade, the change starts straight away. If you downgrade, the change starts at the end of your current billing period.

Taxes

Prices may include or add sales taxes such as GST, HST or VAT, depending on where you live. Any tax is shown at checkout.

Questions and disputes

Email support@risepointcareers.com with any billing question. We aim to reply within one business day. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can fix the problem quickly.
